Poor Service - Spa Covers and Hot Tub Covers
I'm not happy at all with the customer service experience and especially not happy with the lengthy delivery time --- I ordered based on the website claim on delivery (posted below):
How long will it take for me to get my cover ?
Typically our turnaround time is 2 1/2 weeks or less from the day you place your order until the day your cover is delivered. Please note: typical turnaround times are upon receipt of a full and complete order and are an estimate only. Please call the office for more exact production times. Orders needing additional information, measurements, etc. can delay production.
My order was placed on 6/20/2017 with all information needed, it did not go into production until 6/30/2017 and was not delivered to me until 7/20/2017. During this time I received no communications from Affordable Spa. I did call on 7/10/2017 to inquire on my order and was told that it was due to ship by end of that week, when I asked what the hold up was I was informed that their normal ship time is (4) weeks, when I asked why the web indicated otherwise the rep was very arrogant in telling me that I wouldn't find it faster anywhere else. Well if that's the case WHY advertise that your turnaround is 2.5 weeks?
The product itself looks great, however the weight of the product is a lot lighter than the original cover so I'm questioning the quality and life I will get out of it.. time will tell.
